The IT Help Desk Technician will provide support directly to Vinfen end users. Work will include support on new computer and peripheral deployments, software installation and updates as well as a variety of application troubleshooting. The majority of end users at Vinfen use a Citrix desktop environment. The IT departmentsupports users at over 200 sites. The IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for a combination of remote support as well as traveling to Vinfen sites for on-site support.

This member of the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) multidisciplinary team is responsible for providing a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services; and sharing shift management responsibility with other staff. The PACT Addictions Specialist functions as the team’s substance abuse specialist; leads design of intervention strategies & relapse prevention plans; works with persons served on sobriety issues, using motivational interviewing techniques and stages of change model, under the supervision of the Team Leader.

The ACCS Housing Coordinator promotes the full integration and functioning of Persons Served (PS) needed to live successfully in the community. Work with PS to identify housing needs and preferences; help them access housing rapidly and maintain housing successfully. Intervene as needed to preserve tenancy of PS. The Transition to Independence (TIP) program provides coaching and facilitation to transitional age youth and young adults (YYA) in meeting their life goals. The TIP TF provides support for 10-15 YYAs using mentoring, teaching skills, contingency contracting, counseling, and problem solving to maximize the likelihood of success for each YYA served. The TF develops and monitors in partnership with the YYA a person-centered plan and goal setting process.
