Job Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities of this internship include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Project Management & Operations: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking HR projects in
areas such as recruitment, benefits, and employee engagement. Support HR operations,
including data maintenance, process improvements, and HR technology implementation
• Recruitment & Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, maintain candidate communication,
and support recruiting efforts for internship roles
• Event Coordination: Organize HR events (e.g., job fairs, company initiatives), manage logistics,
and track attendance
• Employee Engagement & Benefits: Assist with communication and tracking of benefits and
engagement programs
• Administrative & General Support: Provide administrative support for HR meetings, maintain
records, ensure compliance, and perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Other Duties: Contribute to additional HR initiatives and projects supporting the internship
program and Vinfen’ s mission

Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent administrative skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial,
disability, and gender issues
• Ability to exercise judgment & discretion in dealing with individuals and confidential matters
• Ability to balance many competing priorities
• Demonstrated success in complex multi-tasking work environment
Typical Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months of office administration experience
Preferred /Required Education:
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field is required. In some instances, experience
may be substituted for academic training.
