Schedule: Tue-Sat 2pm-10pm


Salary: $54,180 / year


Sign on bonus: $2000; $666 upon completion of 30 days, $666 upon completion of 6 months, $668 upon completion of 9 months


The ACCS Evening Supervisor will provide supervision of Residential Counselor staff and provide direct service in a residential program designed to provide community based services to adults with psychiatric conditions and behavioral management needs. Working in this Intensive Behavioral Group Living Environment, the ACCS Evening Supervisor will help Persons Served in residence overcome barriers to, and prepare for, living independently. In order to make sure that independence goals are met, the ACCS Evening Supervisor will also implement treatment plan support interventions, administer medications following Medication Administration Program (MAP) policies and procedures, provide crisis interventions to as needed and work to ensure a safe, comfortable and clean environment.

Qualifications


  • High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in a human service discipline preferred

  • One year experience working with PS with intensive behavioral challenges required

  • Preference given to bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions

  • CPR  and First Aid required within two weeks of hire

  • MAP required within 150 days of hire
