The Restoration Center (RC) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will offer medical support, care coordination, and rehabilitation options to those in crisis who would benefit from a diversionary level of care to stabilize and return to the community. The LPN is responsible for providing direct care and nursing care to meet identified individuals’ health maintenance needs.
